I am converting a Haulmark Flex aluminum framed cargo trailer to sleep 4. Will have removable roof, removable upper bunk for 2, removable kitchen and solar/110/shore/generator electric. Trailer can be converted as needed between camping and cargo hauler in minutes. First picture is of stock trailer, then flooring and foam insulation and finally doors and windows - Stay tuned as this build proceeds.[album][/album]

Looks good. Being able to take everything out and use as a cargo trailer is a priority for me as well.

Interesting plan. How do you intend to secure the camping stuff so it doesn't move around, yet keep it easy it to take out?

Yes, rear galley will be completely removable. At this point I'm thinking about using some aluminum U channel on each side wall for the galley to slide into from above in 2 pieces - may be easier (for me) to wait till I build it and then show pictures, wish me luckā€¦

Johndep,

any new progress on you build. I am very interested in this, it would be perfect for a long haul single person trip.
