Tommy B. Howdy;

How ya gonna work of the beer calories? What with this to lift that and this other thingy to
scoot the thingamabob yonder pretty soon you'll just stay home and remote control the
whole weekend ... Oh and for the shower bottom, install a valve and hook up a hose ...

The venting would be necessary due to the Ammonia. As the 'fridge is made by humans they are subject to
failure, don't think you'd like to have the ammonia gas fill up your CT while you were sleeping, you'd never
know it and never wake up ...

Thanks I thought that might be it.

I should also mention that the heat generated from those heating units needs somewhere to go so having
both the lower and upper vents are necessary to create the required 'flow' to dissipate the heat so you
won't need to live outdoors to survive it for 3 seasons.

hank

Bingo!
And remember the goal here is to remove more heat than we put in...It's a fridge... just sayin'... ;)

So hoping to lay this to rest I went out to the CT today and raised and lowered the bed twice just to be sure of my final decision.

First thing I thought was oh hell no I am not dead lifting this bed every day if I can help it. Its heavy and hurts my back every time. I would be foolish to do so when there is a simple solution.

I will flip the winch so the cable spool is nearly against the side of the cabinet. This is fine even though it is not center. The winch ways app. 14 pounds. I was thinking of 2 2x4s horizontal to the wall, then screw the winch through the 2x4s and 3/8 plywood.

Should be very easy. Should be done tomorrow.

Don what do you think.

Can't wait to see it!

I fixed my TV problem today. I got a second mount and made a quick disconnect pin so I can move it up to the bed area, or down below in the sitting are by just pulling a pin. The cord/cable reaches both places. It works great!

Looks great! That will make life easier. I ordered my winch today. I will slowly get the pieces I need over the next few weeks and hopefully have some success with my bed.

Nice job Tommy. Looks great. You will enjoy the bed lift after a hard day of riding.... My bones get tired after beating them up all day.

I see the oultet you put in for your Fridge. Did you receive it yet?

Thanks guys.
Yes the 700 dollar fridge/freezer/cooler will arrive today. Very excited. That ranks up there with a flushing toilet. What a pain in the back those two ice chest were.

I plan on using it for trips to Down Town Produce. May be once a week. Don I'm sure you have been there?

Man while trying to straighten out some 10 gauge wire, I put one end in the vice and pulled on it. Maybe 20 feet or so. To get the coils out.
The vice end popped out  and some how my knee popped out of joint and I fell down. My knee looked like a grape fruit and I am out of work for a few days.

oh the pain!

pics to follow when the cooler arrives later today.
