A few more pics. The cupboard holds the amp for the stereo and most of the switches. I will also have the fresh water filler hose go through the cupboard towards the middle of the trailer to get inside the frame to where the water tank will go under the floor. I still have to cut it through the outside yet. The puck lights are LED kits from home depot with the transformers connected. I am an electrician but i still cant buy this retail type LED lighting that can beat home depot or Ikea. Under the counter is the led strip lights off ebay.

Oh Boy!
That looks good!
I'm thinkin' that 8.5x16 is an ideal size, if tow vehicle can do it. Looks a LOT bigger inside than my 6x12...
Really nice work.
You know that whole "thing" you're doin' with the trailer? You're doin' it right. Keep doin' that.

I meant to say the transformers disconnected on the lighting so they are 12vdc.
The wood is finished for the door panel and is installed.
The side door ceiling to wall transition I went with the wifes suggestion to use the coved metal trim the trailer came with. Looked good, I let her cut the metal as i always f up with the tin snips.
The rear door we are using the original box but am covering with the same finish as the walls to clean it up.

The starting of the maple trim. Helps cover up the staples and clean up those not so perfect cuts.

Rear door box is near finish as well as the side ceiling to wall transitions. We need a bit more trim to do some more finishing. I am trying to get it to a stage that we can at least go fo a weekend away with just sleeping on foam on the floor. The bed has been a brain teaser ever since i started the project and i still haven't completely decided on the design. At first we thought happi jac but with the 6 ft 6 ceiling at peak i dont think we would have enough room (or money)

Your build is coming along nicely, the maple cabinets and trim work look good. Keep up the progress.

Not a lot done this week but the fenders are insulated and covered up.
I hope to have a fantastic fan in this weekend and the propane final connection and certification are scheduled for next week.

Finally cut in the water filler and ran the water line from the pump to where the tank will be. I ended up using 1/2 inch pex. Once done i will insulate the pipe. Next week i should be able to get the water tank supports bent and mount the tank.
All the small things seem to take forever to complete, we are anxious to get out in the bush.

From the pictures I noticed your ground clearance and your axles. Did you have them flipped on the springs or did you buy it like that? I am wanting to get my axles flipped for some additional clearance, but I am not sure how big a difference in stability it will make in towing with crosswinds. Any idea?

I bought the Dexter kits for swapping the axels from top to bottom. I gained about 5 inches in height. So for i have only done short hiway trips without any sway or rock. At present it weighs 1440 kgs as one trip i hit the scales.
the dexter kits took me about 4hrs to do by myself.(K71-385-00) is the part number i used.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if that kit will work with drop axles?

Worked on the pull out cabinets and the upper cabinet. The pullout is for cutlery and utensils on the top and pots pans on the two lower shelves.
the upper cabinet is just an added location for clothes. Doors should be done this week for the upper and we should give a trial camping trip with foamies on the floor (bed next)

A few pics of the smaller pullout, this is meant as a small pantry for canned goods.
you can also see the green light letting me know the water pump is on, although it is auto pressurized I prefer to keep it off unless needed and prevent possible leaks when not not being watched.
