Been lurking for a few years now.
Got my trailer Nov 2015, 7x12, 6'3" height, Insulated and Electric Brakes.
It's and has been work in progress.
Not a full Conversion but meets my needs.

It's great that CTCs can be built to suit each individuals needs and wants. Great job.

TL - I like what you've done. What size vent covers did you use for your a/c? Mine has 5" hoses, so I had to use a 6" "flapper" cover on the exhaust and I rigged up a removable elbow for the intake (that guaranteed there would be no exhaust air drawn back in.).

Modify Dryer vents, 5' holes also. The only problem is that stick out and are centered in the side view mirror. I am looking for something a little more flush.

You might look at marine deck plates. This link is to a 4 inch one, but they make 6 inchers also. https://www.amazon.com/337145-1-Screw-D ... deck+plate

That is the whitest sand at Big Bend I have seen since, well, White Sands Missile Range in Alamogordo. But it didn't stick to everything like that. Strange goings on in Texas...
Nice trailer though. Thanks for sharing. How did you get the aerial view shot of the rig at your casa?

Edit:
Skip that last question, I used my embignafyer. Boys with toys....

Not much has changed inside, but new wheels and tires last year out side.

Do you know the weight of the trailer and the tongue weight? Also, do you have sway control and if not, has that been a problem?

I was told the trailer empty is 1300lbs, no sway control, but i do have airbags on the Nitro and have had no problems.

Those wheels look great with the TV matching! Nice.
