Outside shower

Postby mrwall1 » Sat Mar 04, 2017 9:23 pm

I was looking through amazon, I see there are several outside shower units... which brand did you go with? Also I am not sure if I should put the tank waterfill and city water hook up together... My tank will be about 3 feet away from the pump... so i was thinking of putting in separate water-fills... one above the tank for tank fill and one above the pump, so it will be easier access to the valves.... Oh these hard decisions !!

We have a Triton 5L, on demand water heater. Our water system has both external and internal supply hookups. I just used brass quick connects to make changing from one supply to the other easy, but could have done it with Y valve setup. This is our second 5L and we love these.

Thanks Dave, that is what we are buying for our hot water, I didn't realize it came with a shower... That will save me from cutting a hole in the side of the trailer!

I imported a Bulfinch shower point http://bullfinch-gas.co.uk/outdoor-utility-points/external-shower-point-detail

All of the external RV type shower I found were big and cludgy. I also have one of their gas points.

This is what I used. It is well built and the door is very solid. I've not actually used it other than to test it out.
