Converting Cargo Trailers into TTTs

Crumvoc,

It seems most folks like the freezer method. For me, I confirmed with a scale that I could get them about 70-80 percent full without doing anything extra. Decided for my uses, this was plenty.

Might try the freezer next go round, just to see.

Thanks,

Craig

I bought the adapter a few months ago and can't for the life of me remember where I stashed it... One of these days I'll track it down and give it a try (probably right after I order a replacement) I'm thinking 3 or 4 one pounders will do for most of my needs.

Howdy All;

I've been doing the refill for a few years now and this YouTube video shows
my preferred method. Quick, handy, SAFE and works great!

Thanks for sharing that link & video Hank. Looks pretty simple and straight forward. I don't use alot of small bottles but they are easier to pack than the 20 & 40 pounders I have..

I just refilled about 6 bottles last month. It works great. Seemed to have problem with the schrader valves on the cheaper bottles like Ozark Trails. The Coleman bottles sealed up well after refill. Must be better valves in the Coleman tanks?

Your bild is a super looking one.Nice to have another skilled craftsperson on the staff, the patience of you both is rockin
I have a 7x7x16 interstate and after several months of not being able to work on it, I have my groove back again
I noticed you used 5 gallon(?) plastic bottles for the kitchen water supply that one foto cleared a few doubts I had.
A question however, I didnt notice any shower install.None in the plans? Or to be done after this bild segment moves on?
I decided not to install a shower.I do no boon docking and to carry 300-400 lbs of water seemed impractible. And where ever I pull in
showers are at hand
I hope your travel adventure were great, I expect to have my bild completed end of FEB and on the road May1

Wow! Awesome stuff. Just read the whole thread. I love the nice finish you have overall, the way the bed and the tables work etc.
