Hey Mr.,
Allow me to be the first to say Niiice! And just FYI, Definitely a SHE. Did you see the ramp door on that unit? Just sayin'...
The difference between my 05' Pace 6 x 12 and that NEO is night and day. What a great platform to build from.
Congratulations,

McDave

Very nice. Congratulations. I can't wait to see how you finish/furnish the interior. Best of luck.

First order of things is to take down some panels to figure out how the 12v was wired and find a way to run it separately from the trailer harness, cause right now it will only run if the engine is running ...

Oh and floor painting, one coat of primer and 1-2 of garage floor paint. Behr or Zinsser primer and Behr 1 part epoxy Concrete and Garage floor paint. Anyone had issue with such a combination?

My friends who have either R&R or a NEO- I just can't remember which. The 12 is wired only to tow too. Their electrical looks like yours.

There should be a small black plastic junction box on the tongue. You should be able to tie into the interior lights here with a 12v battery connection. I placed my battery on the tongue in a steel box and ran 12 volt into the CC while tying into this power wire at the junction.

You may be able to get a diagram online from manufacture. If not, this is the time to start your own. While your in the junction box, figure out the light wiring and such and start writing a diagram. add to it as you make changes or add circuits etc. Go to etrailer and look at the help section and you'll find wiring help and standard diagrams and color codes and gauges etc.
Good luck,

Dug a little deeper into the trailer to figure out my next moves.

Wall tubing is 1/2 thick, so that will simplify my insulation choices, pink foam (no blue foam here), here I come! At least 1/2 is quite affordable. My goals here are to remove the tin can sound and keep heat either in or out, depending on what is needed.

All fasteners are SS and over all build quality is excellent. All wire taps are 3M

Couple of niggling things. All the trailer lights wiring follow the same colour coding as the 7pin connector, except for brown that goes into blue. Blue is usually reserved for the trailer brake signal. There is a 4 inch kick panel at the bottom of the walls made of the same plywood as the floor but instead of cutting a brand new sheet, there is one section where they used a small 6-8 inch piece. At least all joints are covered by a niece piece of aluminium.

I took the option to have the inside walls finished, there is nothing wrong with it but definitely not up to my standards. That being said, I knew this was going to be the case and am totally OK with it. I can always re-do it later.

On the good side, everything is easily taken apart, wiring is easily accessible and will be a pleasure to work on!

On the electrical side, for DC (not touching AC, it's fine the way it is for now), everything not trailer related share a single feed and the common is the trailer frame itself. More on that in the Electrical forum.

Wished I had taken more pictures but I was too busy solving mysteries and making discoveries.

Floor painting has been completed and is drying (7 days), I need to remember to take a picture once I re-install the bottom trim.

Next steps is some re-wiring and loft bed install.

DC electrical re-work is next.

Working late a night by one self is not very efficient.

Hey Vspec,
I'm not able to see any of your pics. Que Pasa? I know what goes on late nights when working by ones self.... so you can turn off the parental control filter for McDave. OK ?

I'm in the same boat - can't see the pics. I was beginning to wander if aliens had taken over my computer.
