I love your build! I am using a lot of your build ideas on mine when I start hopefully this weekend, just waiting to take delivery!

I apologize if I missed it in the post but what sized boards did you use for your framing? I want to keep it as light weight as possible and yours looks incredibly sturdy!

Thanks

I saw someone run PVC pipe underneath instead of a tank... Seems like you could control where the weight is that way. No I don't remember who it was...

Maybe start here: viewtopic.php?p=996537#p996537

Mike...
The quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten, so build your teardrop with the best materials...

As people say, we are never truly finished.
I found the camp stove on a door mounted table to awkward, mounted it on it’s detachable legs with homemade levlers.
In addition, I was only getting 16 mpg, but with the purchase of 2 fishing kayaks, mounted on tv roof, it has increased to just over 17 mpg.
I also bought a 100 watt portable solar panel setup. Battery stays above 75% charge even with hunting for sun in tree canopy.

Good to know! I have been playing with the idea of a deflector/wing for the TV and some sort of vortice generators/drag buster for the trailer. Seems like it will be a trial and error effort, but ya don't know if ya don't try....
