It comes in tan or white. White is difficult to find in a 6' length.
I bought it from A&H Turf. Ordered it the 3rd, had it by the 8th.
The instructions say to cut the door 7/16" less than overall height, including track. I only cut it 3/8" less knowing I could flex, bend, the plexiglass to get a tighter fit.

Odds and ends this afternoon. I took the dog jogging, became sunny, cool. Wifes input on kitchen hooks, fire extinguisher, paper towel holder. Hooks in 2 nose cupboards. Changed screws out on ice chest tray. Painted 4 storage area floors with almond rustoleum I had left over. Put a coar of varathane on edge trim of dinette table/bed support.

Cleaning up loose ends. Install switches, final floor paint in storage, final sand/seal dinette edge, redo the front floor after skinning cabinets.
Wednesday evening water tank shows up.
Install that, pump, water fill and outside shower. Having that in then I can build the 2 kitchen drawers as that is where a blue jug sits temporarily.
Water heater and propanr can wait for fall/winter.

30 gallon water tank arrived.
It takes 2 mins to put 15 gallons in it from house pressure, our typical long weekend amount.
4 minutes for 30 gallons, a week plus trip.
After cleaning it, will set it on a 1/2" slope to fully drain it, hold it down with Simpson MST straps thru bolted.

That's pretty darn good water conservation. I used about 30gal in 8 days for 1 person at Sturgis. Showers and toilet. Probably could've done better, but those hot showers feel real good. The wife is real small, shouldn't take much to hose her down... might have to work on that.

We dont have a toilet, luggable loo in a shower tent. So mostly for dishes, cooking, showers.
I trained her using a small living quarters in a gooseneck horse trailer. When we sold the horses for a small 5th wheel we still only averaged 30 gallons for a week. Helps if you mislabel the water tank fill readout.....
This trailer is a more glorified tent than the teardrop. For mountain use camping, fishing, etc. No park type stays.

Hmmm.. That could work, but I bet my wife thought of it first. She's sweet but very, very sharp.

Basic doors started, nothing special. Quick, easy.
This one screws to the ice chest slede. There will be a mirror of it opposite side in the kitchen with 2 slab front drawers between. The stain helps to ground the lightness of the backsplash, upper cabinets.
Nose cupboard doors will be same style just painted cream.

I like your "basic" doors ... never having made any myself, looks like something I might be able to duplicate.

The outside stiles are rabbited for the beadboard to lay in it from the back, glued and brad nailed.
The stiles themselves are biscuit jointed, glued.
Some will say that the ply has to be free floating, in a groove, because of different expansion/contraction between ply and wood. But I have yet to see an issue.
Hidden hinges with a 1/2" overlay will be used. No decision on pulls.
Plumbing on hold till a few basic items show up that I neglected to preorder.

Nice! The hidden hinge is a nice touch.

Had the day off work, no, not for the eclipse which was kind of disappointing here.
All doors glued up, 2 sanded and primed.
Drawer dimensions finalized, built, primed.
Drawers are 32" long, lower one is 9" deep, upper is 4 1/2" deep in the front, drops to 3 1/4" under the bed. Extra long because I had the drawer slides, plus they go into under bed area that was difficult to access.

Nice build so far. really enjoy seeing how everyone comes up with different solution to fit their needs.

Couple of questions though.
1. What brand and model trailer is this. Any options from the base model.
2. Do you have a floor plan you could share along with placements of major items such as batteries and fresh & holding tanks.

Thanks for sharing your build.

Thank you.
Continental Cargo, new straight off a lot, so no options.
Floor plan is in my head but basically false wall is 19" ahead of rear floor trim. Bed length is for a short queen, 75 or 76". Nose cabinet is 11" deep. Dinette sides are I think 18" wide, 27" long?
Water tank will sit directly over the axle. No holding tank. 6 gallon water heater just behind axle, 34 pounds I think? Ice chest as shown in pictures is 110 pounds full with drawer.
For now the plan is the spare and battery on the tongue, about 124 pounds plus brackets. Propane I am still debating. Tongue would be best but its still in the air, partly depending on bottle size.
I am surprised how quickly weight has added up, just the insulation itself has added 28 pounds.
