Refrigerator in the nose of a V-Nose

Postby phoenixbound » Sat Sep 02, 2017 11:05 am

Has anyone installed a small refrigerator in front of V-Nose trailer. I am planning to do this and I just wondered how it worked for other folks. Pictures would be greatly appreciated.
Smart enough to know that I still have a lot to learn.

I installed an Engel 12 volt fridge in the front of my trailer because that's where the cabinets are; works fine. From past experience, the front of the trailer is where the least amount of bounce occurs. I.e. less foamy beer.

I put mine under the sink because the V-nose I used that as the toilet area and general storage space, I almost never use the refrigerator. mostly because I boon dock and my old generator didn't have enough power to run all the things I need it to. if I am plugged it that's different.
I did buy one that has the freezer and like that over the one's that are smaller.
I whish I had a better space to get it off the floor, then I may use it more it's really a pain where it's at to use.

Yes, if I have the space I am going to mount mine about 2' from the floor with storage under it. Those small ones are hard to get into down that low.

Haven't built up my galley framing yet but my 80 liter fridge is already on sliders in the nose. Image
