It's been a few months since my last post, but we've been busy with the holidays, racing a few enduros, and our house sold. Oh crap! Pack everything! Finish all those little trailer projects you've been *thinking* about. Organize those piles of scrap lumber and cull the pieces, parts, and extras you don't need. Easy, right! Whew.

I raced the Barteau Ranch Enduro in late November of '18. It was ~39 degrees at the start, but the Suburban furnace kept it at a toasty 60 degrees in the trailer. My wife was a sport and tagged along to make sure I made it home.

Yup, it's warm inside

...but not out.

Cloudy and chilly. Good gear and that furnace kept us all happy.

Lots of orange at the race

The final wiring diagram looked something like this...

If you don't want to order thick battery cables off Amazon (mine got lost in shipping) you can get some nice 2Ga ones from your local welding supply shop. Probably for cheaper.

Image

This is the "extension cord" I used to get the generator power "inside". It's only hot when the generator is running and has its own 15amp built in fuse.

Image

Electrical setup. Please ask questions if I can be of any help.

All of that is located here...

Which now looks like this...

Battery I used

Nice controller/charger w/dongle to keep it monitored.

These are great for keeping cabinet doors in place. Found on Amazon of course.

Started on this vinyl flooring install last night. Shipped straight to the house from HD.

So far so good.

I like all those Orange bikes! Looks like you had a great time! CtC looks great.

I doubled up 4ga cables to give me 1/0 ga equivalent for my battery jumpers and to the inverter. I found sourcing the 4ga and the terminals easier for some reason.

Take care!

In case you're wondering about which flooring this is...here is all the info off the back of my sample.

Looking in the entry door with the flooring, queen bed overhead, and midget door to the garage. Water tank (45 gal) is in the bottom step and storage drawers in each one above.

Cut trim this weekend and then numbered as I pulled for painting. Left me with a pile of pieces and a plan to get it back in the right place!

Finished product is all trimmed out.

PigTrail, Howdy;

Your attention to detail is amazing. Did ya mark where #1 went so you didn't
start going the wrong way 'round? I always get interrupted so I don't forget I
mark #1 and use an arrow to show the path... hate gettin' older.

Tons of great info on this thread. Thanks!
I don't believe I saw how you ended up mounting your a/c.... would it be possible to see updated pics on this?
Also, how you did your exterior table mounted on the wall

Thanks for the kind words. I will work on a few updated pictures per those requests. I need to do a video walk-through too. Stay tuned. :D
