Finished trailer weights, who has scaled theirs?

I am in the process of a 7x16 toy hauler build. Built a queen bed that folds down from the wall and mounts on e tracks. Also have a bike bar i built to hold 3 motorcycles. Just bought Ikea kitchen cabinets to start putting together. Using all the appliances from a damaged camper. So fridge, stove with oven, sink, and furnace to go in. Will most likely run 2 fresh water tanks, a black and a grey. Also propane and a 12v/120v electric system.

So question is, what did you put in yours and how much does it weigh once finished?

Have NOT weighed on a scale. Pretty close estimate though. 6 x 12 Pace flat nose, 1.5cf Norcold reefer, Microwave, Wet bath style shower/toilet, 25g fresh, 29g black, 5kw gen, 20lb LP, tankless water heater, 125ah Deep cycle, 10' x 8' awning, and FLHXSE. Trailer empty curb weight before conversion 1329lbs. Fully loaded with water and Street Glide 2900lbs. This is a single axle (3500). Tongue weight 350lbs.
Here is a useful tool for weight and balance. Just insert your known values and estimate the rest. You will be pretty close.
