Wow trailers in Georgia

Does anyone on here know anything about these trailers? Getting ready to order one from them to start a mini conversion.

BBB has some complaints: Wow Cargo Trailers, Cochran, GA.
But the company responds to complaints. That usually indicates a company that cares, and a difficult customer wanted to throw a tantrum. ...But not always.

Appears if Wow is a dealer, as opposed to the manufacturer, never heard of Anvil as a brand. Not saying that's bad, just curious.

I ordered a Cargo Craft through a local dealer, and would consider doing it again. I also liked Homesteader, made in Tennessee. Since you are in Kingsport, reach out to Tennessee Golf Cart/trailer in Maryville, see what they'll do on a custom ordered Homesteader.

Homesteader is way more expensive than I can get one from WOW. Base trailer 7x16 from WOW is $3,350. Based on online videos, construction seems to be the same.

I imagine if you look hard enough online, you can find issues or stories about a bad experience or two with all the builders except maybe the best of the best and thier prices reflect that.

Bottom line IMHO, if you are going to spend the effort and money to build it out into a CTC , best to plan on taking out the interior walls , water test, and then inspect, seal, paint, and repair as needed and then insulate and close back up. There are too many opportunities for hidden quality issues inside those walls. That is why I would not pay to have insulation installed anywhere. Need to take apart inspect anyhow and you will do a much much better job than they will for sure!

Overall, the chassis and everything I could inspect from the outside looked good on my CTC. It was some very easy to fix while building type issues I found when opening it up that nobody would have probably seen or cared about for many years or more given the nature of what I found (poor wiring connections, very small leaks running down surface of inside aluminum and draining out bottom, and lack of paint or sealer on metals in walls). Those same minor leaks would slowly mold and ruin all the nice interior work much sooner than they would be discovered or manifest themselves otherwise.

I ended up ordering one from Wow, supposed to be ready for pickup Saturday morning. Here is what I ordered:
7x16 V nose with dual axles & brakes with battery break away standard
vent in ceiling standard (some companies up here don't have a vent)
wall & floor studs 16" centers, ceiling 24" standard
3/8 plywood on walls, 3/4 in floor standard
RV style door with 15x15 window
Ramp (I have to load the bikes)
6 tie downs
spare tire

All for $3,800 picked up in Georgia. If I get the call that it's ready on Friday, we plan to drive down there Friday night and pick it up Saturday morning. My wife also wants to use that as a test run for the dog in the truck (7 month old Labradoodle), so it should interesting.

Well, the trailer wasn’t ready yesterday evening so we postponed the trip down until next Friday.

Picked up the trailer today. The dog did ok considering it was her first long trip. It took about 15 hours including a stop for lunch with our son. I will post pics later.
