You pulled 5/8th floor for 1/2 to save weight correct?

i removed 3/4" osb which weighs 80lbs per sheet to be replaced by 1/2" plywood which weighs 40lbs per sheet. yes, to save weight. the combined weight of the osb floors and walls is 500lbs, half of the weight of the entire trailer (980lbs) when done i will have shaved off 250lbs.
i'm towing with a jeep wrangler which has a tow capacity of 2,000lbs and 200lb tongue weight so every pound i save is a bonus

Great idea to get that all sealed up and painted before you put it back down.

next step is to cut out the windows, i've decided the locations, made up the cut-out template, and now i'm waiting for a break in the weather, we've been getting a mixture of rain, snow and winds so hopefully that will ease up soon

Nice work! they look great. Make sure to give them the old garden hose test before you button up the walls. Just a good test and easy fix now if any leak issues.
