South Dakota Trip

Postby SteveH » Wed Aug 15, 2007 8:53 am

Just got back from my previously anual trip to the IRCHA (International Radio Control Helicopter Association) jamboree in Muncie Indianna. Every year I include an additional camping side trip to make the long trip worthwhile, and this year the trip was over to the Southwest corner of South Dakota to see the Bad Lands and Mt Rushmore.

With this trip, about 3750 miles and 8 nights staying in the teardrop, I have pulled the teardrop over 20,500 miles, and have stayed in it for 57 nights. I think it's gonna work out.

Those are both beautiful areas. We made a tour of 2 years ago & really enjoyed it.
Glad you had a good trip.
