We camped for 6 nights up in the U.P. of michigan mostly in the keweenaw pennisula.

The FRP half-loaf survived a second trip on the intolerable washboard of Chicago's 294! This year pulling with a Subaru Outback instead of a Vibe. Much better.

This is the rock formations at a rest stop north of eagle harbor. No trip up there survives passing the JamPot without stopping.

I love those shots... it's been a few years since we've been that far north. We tend to get stuck at Oscoda. Thanks for sharing!

I loved those pics. Due to the 4 years I spent in Houghton (MTU), my family is now forever cursed to camp in the UP every summer. Nothing like grabbing a pastie and some smoked fish on your way to white fish point.

I travelled up there in my teens. I really need to take the kids there!
