Camping in November

Postby desertmoose » Sun Nov 17, 2013 1:14 am

Kat and I made a quick trip last weekend. First day at the Icthyosaur campground.

Then a couple days in the middle of Nevada, in complete solitude... OK, we did see one truck go by on Sunday.

Was chilly outside at night (below freezing), but nice in the teardrop. Wish it was spring already so we could be taking it out again.

Nice. I am especially smitten by your hammock. That sure looks like a great idea, lazing in the shade in a stunning and isolated location, just pondering the sights and universe as the day wanders by; maybe a cold adult beverage and a nap would be in order.

Thanks for the pics.

DM,
Great pictures, good to see and hear how others do it.
We were out and about on the weekend with our Tear as well. A wee bit warmer here with the temp nearly 100F today. A couple or three of pictures for you. Not as spectacular as yours. Pictures taken in farming country, the crops are just being taken off.

Wish we could join you...
