Yakima Valley Wine Tasting

Postby mrwall1 » Sun Mar 29, 2015 1:12 pm

We went to the RV show in Seattle in Feb. and I signed up for a Wine Package at Wine Country RV Park Prosser Washington, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Prosser- ... 50?fref=ts
besides the sway issues we had, the trip went great!! They even put pictures of our trailer on their facebook page!! It is about a 4 hour drive from North of Seattle, We went to about 20 wineries, Hogue, 14 Hands, Chandlers Reach, and many more, we came home with 24 bottles of wine.... They also brought wineries into the Park for wine tasting... Free Shuttle to the wineries... we met quite a few people, and had about 15 visitors that wanted to check out our little Hitch and Haul trailer!! We saw One T@b and one vintage small trailer, otherwise most were Motorhomes and 5th wheels, with a few big travel Trailers... There were a few other activities in the area, they have a nice bicycle trail to ride on, the Yakima river is right there, maybe in the summer would be fun to kayak or float... Looks like some dirt trails up on the hills...

Sounds like a great event! Wish I could be there for it.

BTW, somebody should really put those bicycles out. They're probably burned to a crisp by now. :R  :R  ;)
