We took Conch Fritter, Stinky Cat, Max Beagle plus Regina and I up to Lake Hartwell in NE Georgia for the week of Thanksgiving. Here is a shot from the trip, I'll try to upload more later. Great trip, absolutely no problems, weather a bit chilly at night but fine during the day. Not used to a Corps of Engineers campground being so packed, but it was a holiday week.

Began using a 10x20 HF canopy instead of the ez ups. Found I could put it up or take it down in about 20 minutes total, allows for complete cover and makes it easy to deploy the side walls or screens. Can withstand serious wind and rain. With the sidewalls down and the propane heater it gets toasty.

Here is the pull out galley in full Thanksgiving day operation. Yes, that is an ice maker, a convection oven and microwave. Turkey was being cooked in the DO on the fire. The breeze made it a bit cold, so I dropped the walls on 2 sides, but could still look at the lake.

Thanks for the pictures and narration, Dave. It looks like you've figured out how to bring the best of home outdoors. Glad you had a good time! :applause:

Nice. Beagle seems to get the concept of camping just fine; relax and kick back.

Max Beagle definitely knows how to control the relaxation thing. He is 17 and loves going "camping". Actually, it is just him getting new stuff to sniff out is what he loves most.
