Postby bobhenry » Fri Dec 13, 2019 4:58 pm

If you haven't found it yet STOCK UP ! It is a short time offering and I am loving' it ! Apple dump cake with yellow cake and 8 oz of cinnamon coke.......

A spice cake mix with the same .....

A red devils food with cherry's and the same OMG !

Grab it while it is available !

I found the cinnamon taste a bit strong as a drink but 8 oz mixed with a regular 12 oz coke was great !

Grab some while you can for the dump cakes !!!!!

I will have to find you the link to my Cast iron seminar I gave at the CRA national tiny trailer gathering her in Indiana. Be right back

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5O38LR0KeBQ

It is in 4 parts The gist is diameter of the dutch oven times two for charcoal brickettes with 3/4 on top and 1/4 on bottom. OR about 350 in your oven !

My sister-in-law picked some up.
She spit out her first drink.
My nephews found the remainder of that 12-pack and tried it. Both cans were unceremoniously dumped in the sink.
My brother was then prodded to try it. He took a sip, made a face a bit like a toddler being given their first slice of lemon, and pronounced, "I think I'd rather lick that [filthy, half-full oil drain pan in the corner of the garage]."

That was about a month ago. From what I understand, the other 8 cans are still sitting on a shelf in the garage.

It seems to be a 'love it or hate it' flavor.

It gets its name from the fact that you don't stir or beat the batter. You just "dump" all the ingredients in.

Had to look it up. Turns out just like my very first dessert baking project, 6-7 years old!

But I used fresh quartered plums dowsed in sugar, my mom would not have allowed canned fruit in the house.

Thanks
