IRG Teardrop Derby....2010

Postby doug hodder » Sat May 15, 2010 11:03 pm

OK...so who is building a trailer to race? We gotta know because if there isn't much interest in it...Lee and I are all for bagging it. We need a bunch of people to participate as it is a major thing to load, haul, assemble the track, tear it down and pack it up + it needs a bunch of repair/rebuild before the IRG. It's not worth it if we don't get some participants...Doug

Allright people; Lets hear from you. Are you going to build a teardrop Racer?

I feel we need to have at least 25-30 participants to make the effort worth while.

The track has been sitting under a tarp in my yard for two years and need a rebuild. I don't want to put in all the effort if no one is interested.

Post up here and let us know.

Lee

I have already built my racer in anticipation of the Derby. Hope enough others will commit to make it worthwhile for Lee & Doug.

I plan on having at least 1 racer.

And in reguards to repairing the track  Just bring it as it is.

The 2010 IRG International Off Road Teardrop Derby.

But I do understand if there is not a bigger response, that you may not repair & load up the track.

And if you do not bring the track I,m sure that we can figure out another way to race the Teardrops that do show up. (There are a few hills @ the IRG)
 :scratchthinking:  :scratchthinking:

Olga, Jonathan, Sawyer and I hope to have our racer ready by then. I've already procured the wheels. We are working on a body design now. All racers beware! This thing is going to be HOT! 8)
