That sounds like a challenge... Looking forward to camping with you again, Gage, even if we can't twist Dean's panties.

The Roster is now closed, but we are keeping a waiting list for those who missed the two week blast-o-thon sign-up period... Craziest two week period in IRG History.
Looks like a great group of people, a good number of "First-Timers" to Pamplin Grove and quite a few "Regulars."
One nice thing about the early sell-out, it gives Joanie & I more time to fine tune the event.
When space becomes available through cancellations, we will attempt to reach people on the waiting list in order that we receive them.

Should be a great event!!!

Buford, git the rope.

Any cancellations for IRG 4.0?

Postby cuyeda » Thu Jun 21, 2012 11:31 pm

If anyone is planning on a cancellation to IRG 4.0. Please let Dean and Joanie know.

I have a couple of friends on the waiting list that would like to participate after learning about the event. One couple David and Gloria just bought a teardrop, and is hoping to join us.

If anyone IS planning on cancelling (you are listed on the website roster) please let Dean and me know first. You should be receiving your letters any day now and we expect we may get some cancellations. We are busy getting things together for the event and realize people who are waiting for a reply to see if they can get in, would like to know also. We can't pass it forward unless we know registrants have changed their mind and are not coming to the IRG in July. Those of you waiting, this takes some extra time and effort as both of us are pretty busy right now, so we notify the next person on our list ASAP after receiving a cancel. :delivery: So far, there have not been many cancellations. Thank you, Joanie
