5x7 Deuce from Little Guy Mfg

Postby FloridaDee » Sun May 18, 2014 3:06 pm

Howdy! I'm new to the forum, but so very glad I found this group. I am researching campers and need to find a smaller teardrop, as my garage is only 7.5 wide at the entrance. Does anyone has the Little Guy 5x7 Deuce? It is the very basic model, but if they install A/C, it looks like a great "starter" teardrop until I can afford an upgrade.

Thanks for any input or advice,

Hi Dee,

Sorry, I don't have that teardrop (or a teardrop at all for that matter) so I can't offer any insights but wanted to welcome you to the forum!

I love my Little Guy, also a very basic model. It is a 4 wide they called Econ. Just a shell, no electric, water or real galley just a shelf across the back.
I thought it would be lighter this way which was why I chose this one, but I now love it. There are things I would love to add like a 2nd door but plan to use it as is for a very long time. And that is the other nice thing about teardrops in general and my Little Guy. I can add to it if and when I want to.

Well, I bought a 4x8 Camper! Not a Little Guy, but a SignaTour Trailer. Made only one hour from my city.

See the pic:

Got it for a bargain! It has a small AC, roof rack, alum wheels and graphics package. All at dealer cost to clear these little campers off the lot.

So excited!!

Revised: SignaTour camper 2014

Postby FloridaDee » Mon Jun 23, 2014 7:03 pm

Yes, I am very excited to have my little SignaTour camper! Made some reservations for Sept, Oct. and November! Will fill in with trips to my friend's rural property about 2 hours from here.

I've begun collecting camping gear from my closets and taking downstairs to the garage where I keep my "Campfire Cabin." Getting organized and making plans.

Woo hoo
