You have done some great work on what looks like 2 tiny houses already. Maybe I am confuse but won't the "tiny house" be about the same size as the garage? Or do the permits only apply if you plan on living in it? Beautiful work for sure!

This is a really interesting project! My husband and I are thinking about building a tiny house as well, but are now looking into a shipping container home- along the modern lines... I'd be interested to see your progress at this point! Thanks for sharing!
