Bought my first Coleman gas stove and it's a beauty!

I got this 413G at an antique shop near the DC border. I paid too much for it but how often do you find one this nice?
It's completely unused. There is a stamp on the bottom of 5 74. Would that be the date of manufacture? By the looks of the box, I would think it could be around that old.

He also had some lanterns but was asking way too much for them. I need to find some flea markets around here.

Very nice! you would have to pay quite a bit for it to be too much considering that you cannot buy one that size new anymore. To me the 413's are all around the best stove for regular use.

You didn't say what you paid, but if it was less than the cost of what is currently available new, you did well. It will serve you well. Now post up a picture with flames in the burners. Time to cook some memories into that thing.

As long as it makes you happy, who cares about the price? Enjoy your new stove!

It needs a friend. Now you need a 425. And a three burner. Thats it thats all you need. Oh yea and a cast iron burner. And thats it!
