Oh yeah I have this urge to covet............... 8) This is crying out for a really big hot tub or something........

So why are you stripping it if you can't store it or use it?

Hey you could bring it to Minden and put a big tent on it. Then you could forget it and I could rescue it.......Out of the goodness of my heart you understand.... 8) :D No seriously I am going smaller but that is a great start on a TTT.

It sounds like you are not wanting to do another project right now which is certainly understandable. Now that you got it stripped, it should be an easy sell. It is a perfect width for a non-fender queen size bed project though! If you were closer that would be perfect for my buddies teardrop he is planning.

I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. But I still have these two walls and a floor kicking around.

I am thinking a WWII bomber theme. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now. I do not need another project right now.

Don't look now, but a pop-up tent trailer blew up in your driveway. :dancing

Seriously, since you seem to love canvas so much, you could do a WWONE bomber thingy... w/ canvas and dope.

Do up those walls w/ spars like a tear, but use fabric dope like a WWI biplane.

Sorry. Had to. :cigar:

Would be kinda cool looking in olive green canvas fabric made stiffer with what was called "dope". No, not that kind. Eh... you know what I mean. Whatever WWI aircraft used.

Anyhoo... del has said he doesn't need another project. Image

Ten minutes later... *silence*

Hey! Where'd everybody go?

Let just say 40 yrs have not been kind to the canvas. To punch a new hole trough the side all you need is one finger and light pressure. Seagulls could have flown through it.

Here is my thoughts a cockpit, top front. A tongue box shaped like a gun turret. Shasta wings shaped like small rudders. A lady in a yellow dress on the sides in front.

good night y'all

I'm thinking we need a new rank for Del and anyone else with more than two simultaneous builds in progress.
