I really like that ceiling paneling. I've not decided what I'm doing about the ceiling yet. I may have to check that out

What kind of weight do they hold. I'm about ready to put in the slide out A/C tray and have been thinking about them.

100 #. Surely your a/c doesn't weigh more than that.

No it's a small one I think about 45 lbs. I've been trying to find slides that can mount on the bottom and not be seen so I don't have to have sides to mount the tray to. Does that make any since?

I seen common drawer slides like that , but not full extend, heavy duty ones.

Really only needs to be maybe 3/4 extinsion as about half the A/C will be inside the wall.

Since my trailer is small, I think I'm going to mount my a/c on the tongue. I found some flat ducting at Menards that I can run as vents to the cabin. Looked at tongue boxes today - Whew - I think I will try to make one!$$$

As well as your doing on the rest of the project I'd say you'll have no problem building one.
I need to get busy so I'll be done by May.

Thats why I kicked it in High gear. Once Spring hits, I won't have much time for trailer building. If it's not work, it's Fishing!
By the way, I like your tag line. Should have used it for my business.
