Looks very comfy,cozy ! Love the stripes !

Not only will ya have fun campin in it.. you'll have "build" stories to tell round the camp fire !

The journey of the build is jus the beginnin of so many other fond memories.

CAMP ON !

Richard;

That is a beauty! Any idea what the final weight came in at?

I was going to weigh it before winter set in, but just didn't get around to it....sorry :oops:
My guess is around 700 lbs unloaded....I'm gonna really try to get it to a scale next spring.

It pulled really great all summer, like there was almost nothing behind me.
Seems like it was balanced out pretty good too, even when I didn't have my marine battery in the tongue box.

few pics from this summer;

Looks great :thumbsup:

There are a bunch of you folks that we hope to meet when we head out west next summer, don't know if it will fit with any tear happenings but we can hope.

I know this is an older post, but I just looked through the entire build project and I am SO impressed! What a wonderful journey through the design, build and finally to see you camping in it! Great work!

That Sunhopper is an awesome trailer. I've camped next to it with my Grasshopper, and he really had some good ideas there. Very functional. Even his outdoor setup is well thought out and functional.

This trailer truly looks awesome!
Guess I should have done something similar with my take on the mini hopper.
Maybe a future project,though. :thumbsup: :)

I like this build.the swing open split doors are a great touch for that little extra for flat surface space

Love it too! I may design a nano with that feature...I will stick to Nano size as I do not want to take 3 years to build!!!
