Not sure what the law is everywhere, but I know in Minnesota, you can have a rig up to 60 ft. in length. My dad was going to tow is 5th wheel and fishing boat, but that came out to 62Ft, so he couldn't do it. As long as you have a 5th wheel, you can tow one more item, not to exceed 60 feet total from nose of truck to tail of last item hauled. Hope that helps!!
i think this would work for horse trailers more than anything
