The holes are for the cables that worked the pop up.

How in the world am I supposed to bring both trailers to Kansas?

Anyone know where the vin number would be on this 1968 Colman pop up?

A Google search for "1968 Coleman camping trailer VIN location" revealed little to no info... perhaps because the search request was too detailed? Who knows...

Here's one quote about a different brand of trailer (forgive me if I confuse the issue) from some obscure forum with no activity...

http://www.myrvguide.com/current_category.198/Forum.107027/offset.270/forum_thread_full.html

Lol, i just bought one of these for a utility trailer - all they have is a model and serial number - without a 17 digit vin number you'll have to pay $50 to get a government vin # plate put on it in addition to registering it... My wife told me this and she did registries for 10 years.... Look on the frame or somewhere to see if the previous owner had this done.

Naturally, other Coleman owners would be much more useful to you than I can be...

Thanks for looking teardrop focus. I need to paint this frame and will likely find it. I found something in the door frame, will check # with title.

Maybe the vin# is on the parts you cut off.

NICE! That's exactly what you need to do, not loose the goods, but get it all squared away and get back on track!

Okay, Nebraska is over. It's June 23rd. Come on back. We're all waiting to see the built for Pete's sake! :frustrated:

I got home an hour ago, and I am tired. Maybe when I get back from Carnation.

See I am not the only one who thinks tears need a rudder.

I wish I had got a good pic of the nose, it is similar to the jelly belly. Beautiful and fun tear.

Its past mid-July now, isn't it?

Ummm......well, I didn't really think you needed a hint or a boot or another project right now.
