Looks nice!

How wide is that trailer, and how long are you? I would have to have an 80" (inside) width to be comfortable sleeping across the trailer.
God Bless

thats the model so far. i havn't put the sink in the bathroom yet but im thinking of saving space and just using the one in the kitchen.

also i havn't put in the model all the other detail in the bathroom. i am going to build in a shower pan and a cedar grate floor so you are not stepping in water if someone just took a shower.

i build solar water heaters as a little hobby. i will be using one of my smaller solar water heaters to provide all of the hot water for my camper.

I am a tile setter by trade, build alot of shower pans with drypack and rubber liners and all sorts of nice stuff that will be there for couple hundred years.

but for the trailer I will build a basin and drain through the floor to a pvc pipe storage tank that runs the width of the trailer underneath.

the whole shower area will be coated in the DIY rhino liner stuff. in effect making a 1 piece shower stall which will also have the nature's head composting toilet in there too.

for a door system. i will have a pocket poly carbonate panel like you see on the green houses. the track that it runs in will be higher then the bottom of the basin. and rhino lined as well but then a metal channel inset for a smooth surface for the panel to ride in. so it will be able to drain back into the shower basin.

simple double ended knob will let you open/close the door.

there is no sink in the bathroom. why have one when there is the kitchen sink right next to the bathroom etc.

I do not have any pictures of this yet but its all ironed out in my head.
right now im working on designging the power system for the camper.

12v 3 accessory ports 3 lights and 1 outdoor light thinking 12g wire for the accessory ports not sure on florescent lights or led lights yet... any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, I'll add "rhinoliner coated" to my list of options.

pocket poly carbonate panel

Um what is this?

I like your design. Mike is 6'1" or 2" and he sleeps fine on ours. The bed is about 6'.

How long do you want it to last look at my ALU. been doing this forever KEEP THE SOFT WOOD OUT OF THE FOAM
look at the high end kit cars they use oak
The soft wood expand to much and you can hear the glass pop on a hot day and once it pops it a pain to fix
It is not the return ON my investment that I am concerned about; it is the return OF my investment
