That appears to be a pair of Kenworth Aerodyne sleepers combined to make one. This one appears to have been made between 1995ish and 2005ish. I *think* '95 was the first year that they had a rounded front, as opposed to the angled lines of the previous generation. This is the model that predated today's Aerocab design, which features a much wider passage between cab and sleeper. If the windows on the side are different lengths, the longer of the two probably came from their 86" Studio sleeper, and the shorter from the 72" sleeper. By the way, how wide IS that thing? The factory width on those should be in the ballpark of 96".
I hope this helps.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was in the neighborhood of 2K or more. Even thought they're built with aluminum & fiberglass bodies there's usually a lot of stuff inside one. Those super size customs are notorious for adding a lot of weight to a truck, but they sure are kewl.
