Sorry bout that, I messed up and deleted two by mistake and tried to correct. Made it worse, so I've started over.

Starting to mend the old thread I messed up. This is the HF trailer with decking and extended tongue.

Here is your profile so that people will not have to go bouncing around through post to find it.

Did not, I just got lost for a while.

Before windows and bed platform in. Rooftop poxied.

Sleeping for two adults on floor, one on platform. M/wave on top right, coffee pot on top left. After daughter goes off to college next year, her sleeping platform will convert to a real galley. Right now, 22 cu/ft. storage under her bed platform. Also over head storage up front. A/c to be under that storage area.

I'm treating the undercarriage with a product from SaniTred that I've used on boats in the past. It has done well on epoxy-coated plywood and I believe it will be okay underneath. That being said, I'm thinking about using it for the rooftop also. It can be rolled on, brushed, or applied with hvlp. BUT, it does not finish out as smooth as paint. So, esthetically, the finish will be very, very slightly textured. Also, this stuff is darned permanent; once on it's just gonna be there. So, if anyone has any experience with this on an RV, please let me know how it turned out, was the finish acceptable?

I found a little battery operated led lantern (similar in design and looks of the Olde Brooklyn Lantern sold online). Wife thinks it will be cute hanging inside center of ceiling but seems like a head knocker to me ( I know, that's my fight to lose).

Starting to order bells and whistles now, finding some good 'stuff' over at lil bear (but ya'll already knew about that site 8) ).

The fenders that came with the HF trailer are pretty stout, but I dont' want that very wide profile sticking out when the majority of the wheel is underneath the box. So, I'm ripping them down to about 3 or 4 inches wide and will take to welder to weld on brackets so I can attach them to the exterior walls at the cut out for the wheels.

Trying to decide on wiley windows or take out what I have framed and order a nice set of opening windows from above-mentioned site.

Well, that's the pondering for today, Ya'll have a great day.

Got started on the fenders today. Fender at the top is as-is from HF. Two smaller ones are after one was cut down for faux fender since most of wheel is under the trailer body.

Change in plan, going ahead with galley install now vs. later. My computer has a bug, pics impossible now. Will upload with wife's when she's gone. :R

Testing pic post from album.

Well, looks like it worked, albeit a bit small. Still, don't have to go through a third-party host again.

I thought the profile of the trim around the door was a bit too high so I removed it and ripped down something with a similar profile like the window trim. Now that I know how to move pics from cell phone to 'puter to site I can document this better.

Changed trim around doors. There will be a 6 inch wide panel just below the door window to have a level surface for the L shaped handles I received.

edited for grammar.

started experimenting with some drip edge over the doors.

Galley hatch is in place with peanut butter epoxy curing. That will remain fastened in place until the hinge arrives and I can install that. Too crowded in storage shed for a pic of that, will get one when weather is better and I can pull TTT outside again. I built the galley hatch framing in place and then covered it with the ply (I believe I saw that done in rmclarke's Sun Hopper build, only his is REAL pretty and mine is just functional and will end up with a hundred foot finish).

Working on installing faux fenders next.

I was starting to run out of full-length pieces of plywood so I'm using the leftovers. you can see a gap in the galley door and another on the lower right rear side of the TTT. Both of these areas will be filled with thickened epoxy.

I'm making a bumper to cover the frame at rear out of a 4x6 treated post
