Just wondering what has been done to the drive train, suspension, braking system etc. to handle the task at hand?
It looks like a very well done unit and I'm sure you spend more time giving tours than sipping cocktails. :D

the car used for the conversion was a 1953 Pontiac ambulance I was told it was 1ton rated, all new brakes and wheel and master cylinders, the drive train is a 1985 302 ford with a C4 transmission with a transmission cooler, has all new tires as for the rear suspension leaf springs with helper spring installed along with air shocks in the rear. The unit drives out very nice on the highway, no sway in corners, front suspension is very tight and has no play in the steering. it is a pleasure to drive

Mike, you might want to add 3 zeros to the price at the top of your craigslist ad.
$16 is awfully cheap. :R
