well, got started today on the chassis / floor. took some photos , but my camera was set to 1600 x 1200. will reset the camera and take some more photos tomorrow. got the perimeter cut, fit and welded. boy is my aluminun welding rusty. oh well, guess i needed to brush up anyway. will add some stringers tomorrow. bare weight without the tongue or suspension should be less than 80# for a 14 x 7 foot frame. more tomorrow and if i can figure out how to upload pix, ill do it. later fellas. regards, j.d.

well guys, my photos are still too large. if anyone knows how to resize and post them, can i e-mail them toyou??? cant seem to figure this stuff out. thanks, j.d.

JD, here is a very easy to use tool called Irfanview...a tutorial is include in the link http://www.somewhere-in-time.net/tutorial/irfanview/

...if you are using Windows XP, here is a program to add resizing as a right click with your mouse...scroll down to "image resizer" and install...resize any pic on your PC with a right click...

thats it for today. need to get an axle before i do much more. after its located, ill finish the stringers and braces. checked on axles today, at least 3 weeks out. has to be made to order. bummer. oh well, when thats in i can wire the lights and brakes, do the tongue and have a rolling chassis. then ( horror of all horrors), need to clean up the garage to make room for the car and the chassis. been fun so far. thanks for all the help here fellas, much appreciated. madjack, you the man, thanks for the help on the photos. well thats about it for now guys. waiting on parts, story of my life. regards, j.d.

JD, you are getting real close on the pic thing...the proper format should look like this...[img]pastedurl[/img]...here are your pics...if you click the quote button, you can see the format I put them in and compare to the format you put them in...
