I used two PC computer fans for my vent fans. Super quiet. If it's not enough flow I can add more or bigger fans...

Working on the mattress. I got a 2 inch temperpedic mattress topper thru a buddy of mine (thanks Joe!!).

From wall to wall in the trailer is 45-1/4 inch. I cut the foam to 46 inch so it would fit snug. I just used regular scissors and it went fine.
