Being from Central Kentucky, you know how slow the building business
is right now. We needed to find other products that weren't tied to the housing market.

This is our first prototype of a new product line for us. Thought the best time and place to get feedback would be on this forum.

You're very welcome to stop by the shop anytime. Actually were even closer to you because the shop is in Lancaster.

All comments and critics welcome. We can't build what you want if you don't tell us.

Ok Since you asked :D After looking at the entire build, most pictures were taken at an angle until the last few shots which showed it dead on from the side - my concern is one of aesthetics - not function.

It seems that the door could go to the rear a few inches and not sacrifice any function - but it sure would make the entire rig more eye pleasing - Maybe like this

it still looks good just as it is :applause: ;)

Scott

Thanks for the comments, Great photoshop work.

Door location was something I wrassled with early on. I knew that this was going to also be my personal trailer and I did not want cabinets over my head when sleeping. I can deal with the tight spaces, but when its hanging over me I feel cramped.

I also like the ability to lift my head off the pillow, look out the window and see what the day is going to bring.

I think your right on the door location and that would let us add more interior cabinets as an option.

Thanks again

Bryan :coffee:

 EXCELLENT
High quality, (better than) factory looking build. I see you don't mess around. The size and profile are perfect. I don't really agree that the door should be back farther. If your head is inline with the door while laying down, you don't have to move to see out the window. I think it's perfect... :applause:
Have you decided on fender color? I would say white or that gunmetal lookin grey on your wheels,"no black"... IMO...
Superb workmanship!!!

I really like your attention to detail. Looks really nice. :D
I am a workaholic that loves a good challenge. It will also give my dad and me a good project to work on together. I plan on putting several miles on this teardrop, so I want to build it right.

Bryan,
Your tear looks great, I still want to get up there and check it out. With school starting, my schedule, and Boy Scouts I am going in to many direstions. It would be a great ride up on the bike. Hey you might just see me on the door on a whim.

Thanks for the comments one and all

:) :) We appreciate it.

As far as color not sure yet. One of the tow vehicles will be a dark green Ford Escape . Was thinking about matching Fender color to tow vehicle with added graphics on the side and back to tie it all together.

On the other hand, I plan on taking it tailgating at some Univeristy of Kentucky football games. Build a dolly to put the hitch on and pull it in like a little red wagon.

It will get attention by itself, but with Kentucky Blue, it will be a real headturner.

Glamoree - Anytime, door's always open.

Again thanks for your comments

Man, (don't want you to have to say "thanks for the comments" again), :D but you did a clean, beaut of a job on that camper. Especially on a first one. Can't wait to see her finished.
