Your rig is coming along. Looks good. I like the shape.

You live in bear country.....and I'd only offer one suggestion....when you get it finished make sure to grease the exterior with vasiline or axle grease.....that way if the bears smell food inside a claw or tooth won't be able to get traction. :)

The best advice I've seen is to ask yourself how often you will be sleeping with someone else and how often do they get up to use the bathroom?

If you only put in one door and often have someone else in there, after a few times of either climbing over or being climbed over, you will want that second door.

 I did not think of that, most of the time it would be only me. The wifes version of camping is a 45ft RV, or a best western. This trailer is mostly my excape trailer(or as wife calls it my man cave on wheels).

Well it's RAINING again, :rainy: So can only work in garage. :fb

Today I Painted, put a 2nd coat of paint on today. I used a oil base marine paint.
If it works for boats then should work fine for the trailer. That and I wanted A Gloss look.
But with the temps in the 50s, and raining. Its taking 2-3 days or more between coats.

How long for paint to dry(or cure)??? I wont the paint dry or hard. Before I mount the windows, and roof vents.
The pain felt soft After 2-3 days,

Got about 450 miles on the trailer over the last week, and
yes I cheated and used the truck and not my outback.
next trip will try with the outback.

Mike, that is awesome. I'm bad jealous every time I see one of you fellow builders hitting the road. Looks like mine will never be campable.

Glad you got your rolling cave rolling. Good work.
