Using the mix. Three coats, I've cut some of the treated wood and I am surprised how far this has penetrated. Hope it helps. Still cannot figure out the details of the hatch. Kind of sketchy on the details.

Looking good! (The fish and the camper)

I like that you have a good sturdy frame, some wall templates, and all of your door & interior hardware from the previous camper. It should make re-building it from scratch easier. Looks like you are coming along quickly, and the new wall fits like a glove!

So Today no one needed Baby sitting service hospital visit. No doctor or dentist appointments and no dragons to slay. I get to work on the teardrop today :D

So i finished up the walls over last week, here and there.
Put the walls up and the spars. Everything is square and level.

Had to stop production a couple of days. Burned up motor on table saw. You would think that a motor would last longer then 35 years. LOL

Me thinks you have no trouble with details of a certain other hatch!

Yes TimC I can match the hatch, building the hatch is a bit more confusing. LOL

I'll do interior sheathing tomorrow and start the wiring.

Question?? What is recomended for the wall and shelf for the galley 1/2 or 3/4 ? I have 16 gauge wire is there any other recommended gauge? Thanks in advance for the advice.

For the rear walls––sometimes called the bulkheads––I use 3/4" since I think there needs to be extra material for the joinery on this. I use 1/2" plywood for the combination counter and bottom shelf that protrudes into the cabin.

I've used framed panels with foam cores for the upper bulkhead in an attempt to lose weight but I don't think the weight loss justifies the build time.
