Update from last weekend, I have been working on the galley
my wife wanted a nice place to keep sporks and stuff so I made this niffty set up with built in cutting board.
Picked up the pan at Kmart and its even nonstick lol.

I was a little nervous but downed a couple of cold ones and started cutting.

Routered the corners of 1.5x.5 to fit the lip of the pan so that the cut out would set down on the pan flush
Finger hole for easy lifting.

Here is a shot from the inside, the luane 1/8 wood is not to easy to work with on tight bends but it worked out good with a air nailer with small staples. Here is my hatch and even has an quick pull for emergency look outs or bail outs haha.
