When this is done it will look as if it came from a manufacture's factory, looks amazing!

But you said you were going with stainless rivets... I would advise you to go with regular AD rivets. For one, it will possibly corrode faster with SS on alum. And two, it is a standard on aircraft to use the same material that is on the shop head of the rivet, in your case it would be alum. SS rivets may cause additional damage during installation or if something fails. Search for Cherrymax rivets, they are a blind fastener much like pop-rivets but much stronger because they have a locking collar to keep the stem in place. Just giving some advise... I work with alum ALOT.

thanks RandyG

my plan was - use first alu pop rivets and when all is right then replace with ss rivets.
and if not then its easyer to remove alu rivet then ss rivet.

and because i use Sikaflex glue too then i think that i will not replace alu rivets at all.

yesterday there was last bit floor insulation.

Image

now there is interior works - first the cabinet in front.
i use white plastic (red one is protective film)

Very nice. The good just keeps coming. That red sure looked good, wish you had picked that, but the white is nice, too.

What are you going to hook all of those wires to?
You might be restricted to camping under Main Power Lines or next to an Electrical distribution plant so that you don't cause a "Brown Out" in nearby towns??????? :R

there is always good when you have some spare cable
there is plan that i have lights in front cabinet, in front sleeping area right and left side, ceiling 2x and back of sleeping area right and left side, outdoor on top of doors, under the hatch2x
and then some 12V and 230V socket in sleeping area and in galley, stereo/speaker, TV ....
:R

in my old tear there was no cables and no lights and no sockets and now i know what i want
there was no windows what could be opened and no roofwindow
no gas or battery - so thats why the new one maybe like overkill
