Did get a day out in the shop on Kermit yesterday.......but was disappointed with what I was able to accomplish.
Too much time day dreaming about camping season.
Got nothing done today, As I was on the tractor all day plowing snow.
Had almost a foot yesterday and another foot today.

Yep, saw on the news that you guy's are getting hammered pretty good with the frigid north winds and all it brings with it. You'll be back on Kermit making sparks before you know it.

Thanks! :)
Could go out there tonight, I didn't feel like a truck hit me.
And the fireplace and a couple of glasses of Red are just starting to take off the chill. :wine: :wine:

Ah well, at least this one's almost done. Of course, those banks you're pushing it all into are going to be with you for a bit longer.
All you really need is a trench from the house to the shop to get back at 'er, right ?
I gotta say, that's a pretty tough commute.

Too much time day dreaming about camping season.

Not dreaming: 'planning'.

Oh, Brian......I do have to go outside to get to my shop, but it is a covered walkway!

My wife does a lot of planning when we are driving some where, also known as studying the backs of her eye lids.
Thought you might be amused by this photo of a letter box. I drive past it every couple of weeks going to a customers property and finally was prepared, before I passed it, to get the shot.

Hi Brian. I think I recall you saying that you once owned an Austin A 40 Devon or Summerset ? The guy that lives where the letterbox is, once owned an A-40 Van with a Chev V8 in it. l think a 283.

Good Memory Frank
I had a 1949 A40 Dorset (2dr)
Oh, ad the reason I asked about the rear window? If it is a Mopar it is a 36! 37 to 39 had split back windows.
But it could be a Chev (hard for me to tell from the size of the picture) and cars from down under were usually one year behind American production years.

Managed a little time in the shop this weekend. Worked on the headboard before the Football games put the weekend on hold.
But I did manage to get the body down to ride height so we could have a better look, while designing the Galley ......Sandi is a "Visual" girl. She would rather see it, then have me try and describe the picture in my head??? ;) 127771127772127773
So there is where Kermit will sit while going down the hwy.
And there is the Galley space I have to work with.
