here are more pics that are mostly in order

the piece at the top is just a brace for alignment until the glue dries
Image

then we double up the plywood for some thickness and to overlap the seam
Image

this is about the most "planning" ive done so far other then a general outer design im winging the whole build
Image

finally built the front box
Image

slightly better picture
Image

and promptly filled it with crap
Image

test fitting lil bear doors
Image

the random pieces of wood are to hold the foam in place until the glue sets
Image

i had to get VERY creative to apply pressure to some of the foam
Image

i LOVE these doors
Image

foam is in place and cleaned up the inside for the 1700th time
Image

i think im doing more of my seat of the pants planning here
Image

its first trip outside to let the floor glue air out a bit
Image

the wife laying inside for the first time
Image

so i had to give it a try for the first time

it takes a standard size queen mattress but there is 10" of extra space at the head for a storage compartment but now that i have walls up it seems huge in there
