Mine does (or is supposed to, haven't got to the wiring/testing stage). Look directly above the fuses and see if you have another little access "door" - it has a sticker like this:

Mine does not have the sticker yours has. It does have a little removable plate with 2 screws, but it says something about access to the ac panel. Mine is a model cs-825.

R & L Diner update

Postby rwelp » Tue Mar 16, 2010 7:28 am

Build has slowed up a bit. I am ready for wiring but not sure if I am going to use the power converter I got free or not. I built the lower galley cabinets and drawers today. Cabinet face frames are cherry as well as the drawer fronts. The doors are cherry with luan panels. :)

Made some progress this weekend. Some wiring done and interior walls skinned. The walls are luan ply both inside and out. Also got some more cabinetry work done as well as the ceiling cross members.

Nice work on your camper. I like the look of the two woods together in the galley. Maybe after it is done and the budget isn't so tight, you can upgrade your brand of beverage  Just kidding, in '73 MB was 99cents a sixpack, first hangover I ever had.

Well the the budget is a little tight right now, but even if it weren't, I'd probably still be drinking MB($5.49 a 12 pack). I wouldn't have thought so years ago, but it really is a good beverage, IMHO. A buddy of mine turned me onto it and in a side by side taste test of Bud and MB I couldn't taste the $3-$4 price difference. Can't wait to get the tear finished though, hopefully in time for this camping season.

I'd rather spend more money on a good "stout" from a pub. Can't get a good stout in bottles where I live, so I have growlers brought down to me from Ames, IA.

Personal preferences are what separates us as individuals. Personally I don't much care for the dark beverages, too bitter. To each his own. :)

It has been some time since I posted an update, but I have not been idle. The inside is skinned now, all of the cabinetry is done. I decided to make all of the cabinets open from inside and out. The seat framing is in and the roof insulation is almost complete. :D 8)

No new pics yet but I finished the seat/storage benches and I ordered windows, lights, door handle/latch, trim, hurricane hinge, and door and hatch seals from Grant @ Lil Bear. Hopefully my parts will be there when I get home from vacation in Florida. 8) :D
