1946 KIT Rebuild

Some of you may have seen this in the 'Hall of Fame'. I have decided that is no place for it until it is finished. I feel the 'Hall of Fame' should be for finished teardrops or Tiny Travel Trailers only. That's the reason I've moved the KIT rebuild here to the 'BUILD' section of the forum.

You can see my progress
HERE. I'm close to being finished but will provide updates.

Nice work, Gage! I never knew that chassis frames used to be made out of round stock. When it's done, are you going to sell it or give it to another relative or keep it for yourself or....?

P.S. I like the cartoons on your webpage. Cute!

Gage no matter which section of this forum your work is on. Its interesting to see  . And educational at the same time. Your website is a place I often spend time on with a freshly brewed cup of coffee ;) .

You also have a great website there. I enjoy everything about it. Thank You for providing such great photos and build progress reports.

Gage,

Thanks for posting the link.

I've seen your other builds and have "borrowed" heavily from your construction methods, including using templates, automotive undercoating on the road side of the floor, 1/8" plywood on the roof (and for me on my sandwich walls), etc.
