Yes a window shaker. I will also be installing an exhaust fan to pull away the heat and a piece of epdm as a drip pan to a drainage tube.

The toy hauler idea for the Vardo is a good compliment to the nature of it. What are your plans for the door?

Yes, found a Victorian replica that is ornate and can hang, she barks a lot though....might get thrown out of the campground.

If the elastomeric paint proves a failure what type of roof to cover it with? I was leaning towards metal roofing available from big box but not opposed to other options. My main concern is wind getting under it and tearing it off while in tow....has anyone ever used used this?

I did the elastomeric coating, it is tinted light blue. 3 coats on the flat surface and 4 on the edges. It has held up since it was built in 2008. Much better than I expected. It is in the Little Gypsy build journal.

Thanks Steve...it rained buckets here last night and no leaks to speak of!!

I have looked over your gypsy build and the only words that come to mind are "true craftsman". Thanks for looking in on my build. I also noticed your from my favorite city in the world. Lucky!! I vacation there every year and go on all the ghost tours and of course the beaches.
