Postby WildTexan » Wed Apr 20, 2011 1:53 pm

We are going to use it in a few weeks to visit my wife's family in Odessa. Not the first trip I would like, but at least I get to take my tear.

You never know, your first trip could be down right romantical, a cross between romantic and comical.

How about the: Creek Kit (or Cricket, for short)

As in 'Hickory Creek'.

I've only got a few things left that need to be tweaked, but here is pretty much what she will look like.

WildTexan: How about "Jeeper's Sleeper"? Like that old saying, "Jeepers Creepers". Since you drive a Jeep, that makes you a Jeeper...

Your TD looks great. I hope you have a very pleasant and memorable trip. Enjoy Yourselves !!! :applause:

Dang, WildTexan.

Your build went together quickly! :? I guess your one of those "first post - I'm finished" kinda folks.

:applause:  :applause: Wonderful teardrop, BTW. I love the woody sides and the black roof.

Now, when you get back from Odessa - I had a thought about armpit but won't say anything because there's a relative involved - head on to the South Central section to find out how to sign up for LCG VI at the end of October.

Have fun on your first outing!

Take care,
Tom

Thanks guys. It sure didn't seem very quick, 9 months. I have one more tear to finish up. Just doors, so a good weekend should have it done. We are leaving in 2 weeks to head to Colorado. That should be interesting.

"tuggin' wood"------so funny!

"Tuggin' Wood" is killer. Standup, you are a bad boy....really funny though.

I thought of a "serious" name, Wildtexan. Comanches used to own a good chunk of Texas. Maybe the Comanche name for "shelter". (whatever that might be)
