Build begins pico light

This is going to be a slow build working outside and winter is right around the corner. Just going to be a basic Tear no galley but going to be 1/4" laun inside and out.
This is the trailer that I am going to use,The small Harbor freight 40"X48" 1000Lb. raiting.
The tongue was to short so it had to be extended,I used 2"X2" 11 gauge tube and 1 1/2" angle 3/16" for the braces.

Now onto the pictures.

As supplied from Harbor Freight.

I'll be watching this build as I have a trailer like that, 12" wheels and it's under my boat, right now.
I put a longer tongue on it to haul the boat and am thinking I'd like to build on that frame and sell the boat.
Good luck with your build.

Good Job on the tongue :applause: you'll find it's a lot easier to back the trailer with a longer tongue
