Here we go again.....closer and closer......

Here is the free rubber roofing going on....



Back door is now mounted, final paint is a sand color with a sand grain (for effect)....My wife has name the trailer "The Oasis".... She says that plam trees on the sides will be coming.......



To save Money the main entry door will be homemade....3/8 inch plywood with foam core and 5 mm plywood interior panel.....Glued all......



Hopefully next post all will be enclosed.......

Whats your height and how exactly did you finish the exterior?

Hi Guys,

The Metal is from one sheet of thread board and many cuts and hammer time.....

The Trailer is 5 ft tall, 5 ft wide and 9 ft long. It weighs 1270 pounds and total cost was $3400. About $400 more than I wished but it is build to last....

The exterior (after much contemplation) is plywood with the following coverings
Spar Polyurethane and Mineral Spirits mixed
Spar Polyurethane and Mineral Spirits mixed
Spar Polyurethane
Sanded
Spar Polyurethane
Sanded
Oil Primer
Oil Primer
Commercial Oil Based Paint
Commercial Oil Based Paint
Rusteloum Textured Spray Paint (to look like Sand, A palm Tree will be painted on the side as soon as my niece gets a chance)
