Will do. Googled a lot already. Prefer 60 inch/5 ft wide "in stock" as opposed to wider sheets that I would have to cut myself. Just need to go out, actually visit some nearby companies and ask around.

Someone here put the hinges on the side of his tongue box. That would enable you to open your top, yet keep it close to the TD.

Here it is viewtopic.php?f=42&t=60996&p=1108872&hilit=side+open+tongue+box#p1108872

So, while I was looking for aluminum suppliers at 30-50 miles away, my wife spotted one..... 3 blocks from our house: http://waltermork.com/
60 inch wide 0.040 with PVC protection for just over $200.- I'm a happy camper as I didn't have to rent a truck to get it home. Just clamped it on top of the tear and drove home 8)

I noticed that I have not posted my build pictures for quite some time. I took the tear out for some camping trips last year to try it out, but just recently finished the galley. Well, almost....

Thank you Sharon :) The red-ish wood is Padauk. Looks even better in real life!

There is just something I love about this one. Classic, with a twist. Clean and cute. Awesome job.
